Accommodations near XenCraft

Of the following hotels, the Sheraton Lexington Hotel is the closest, but as Lexington, MA is a largely suburban residential town, there is not much to do by the Sheraton. Two exits away on route 128/95 is the Marriott Burlington, a very large hotel with good services for business travelers.

The Hampton Inn, Renaissance, and Homewood Suites are also a bit isolated in a sea of office parks, but often have inexpensive rates (varies throughout the year) and the Burlington Mall and other sources of entertainment are only a few minutes away by car. Check with the hotels, but I believe their shuttles will bring you to/from the mall or local restaurants.

Red Roof Inn Woburn is newly renovated. It is located slightly further away from XenCraft, but is very convenient to nice shopping and restaurants and has easy access to highways which will bring you to XenCraft (Rte 95/128) or downtown Boston or Cambridge (Rte 93) (e.g. to visit the W3C) or the beaches and sightseeing in Gloucester, Marblehead or Rockport (Rte 128).

The Battle Green Inn is right in Lexington center, very close to XenCraft, but I don't have a favorable impression of it and don't recommend it.

Prospect Place is a bed and breakfast that is convenient to the W3C. Some of the W3C technical leads stay there.
